About the Role

Here at Winning Entrepreneurs, we understand that some skills can be taught. Or acquired through training and experience. But some qualities - well - we know that entrepreneurs are usually born with them.

We are looking for the next generation of entrepreneur. For a unique individual who knows where they want to be - but is not yet sure how they are going to get there.

Winning Entrepreneurs is looking for a talented, ambitious BORN leader to join the team - with the prospect of eventually running the business. We recognise that the entrepreneurial path is rarely straight - so even if that's not your long term goal - we guarantee you will meet with and learn from some of Scotland's top business leaders.

Day to day, you will shadow the company's Managing Director - and also support the company Ambassadors and Advisors. Your objective will be to help build the profile of Winning Entrepreneurs and to encourage future members to join - via connecting members, organising high profile networking events and whatever else you think it will take.

Whilst background and education are not of key importance, you will be able to demonstrate the entrepreneurial qualities we mentioned - together with self motivation, ambition and first class communication skills.
